IAN KIME

 Ian Kime was born in Lincolnshire in 1983, after leaving school he became a qualified electrician, skilled in both domestic and commercial installations. Ian also started working part-time for a hot tub showroom, helping with hot tub installations, repairs and sales. Part-time soon became full-time and then in 2006, Ian established his own hot tub repair business.


Ian Kime remained an independent hot tub technician, repairing and servicing hot tubs from all manufacturers. He built a loyal customer base by being ethical, hard working and professional in his job. Ian also worked for other hot tub retailers, carrying out their warranty repairs, new hot tub installations and relocations.


In 2021, Ian decided to take the next logical step and follow his dream of opening a hot tub showroom in Lincolnshire.


Calling upon all of his prior experience as a tradesman and working within the hot tub industry since 2006; Ian realised that he could offer something different, a more ethical approach to hot tub sales and a wealth of technical experience. HOT TUB +, more than a hot tub.

We opened the doors on our lovely new showroom in August 2021, inviting those that have been waiting patiently. 


Hot Tub +, is  a 2000 square foot showroom in Sutterton, Lincolnshire, PE20 2JA. The showroom is stocked with hot tubs, chemicals, filters and accessories.


Hot Tub + is offering Lincolnshire value for money products, honest advice and great customer service; backed with over 15 years of industry experience, a strong technical knowledge and good ethics, you are in safe hands.  

Our Products & Services

We are proud to be Lincolnshire's dealer for Aspen Spas, Fantasy Spas & Houston Spas.


We're stockists of Relax water treatment products, with a full range of products to treat and care for your spa water.


 We have filter cartridges in stock for our spa models. Pleatco and Darlly branded filters are on the shelf. We're also able to order and supply filters for other brands of spas.


We're focused on taking care of our customers, so we're gradually increasing our stock of hot tub parts for all of our spas, which enables us to offer a better service to owners.


At hot tub + we are also very experienenced at repairing hot tub, hot tub servicing and hot tub relocations. If you need help or advice, on anything at all, please give us a call.
